Refund & Exchange Policy – SOLEil State
We want you to absolutely love your SOLEil State pieces. However, if you’ve chosen the wrong size we offer a refund, exchange, or store credit on eligible items within 14 days of delivery — subject to the following conditions:
Change of Mind or Wrong Size
Returns are accepted if:
The item is tried on over undergarments and the protective hygiene label is intact and has not been removed.
All original tags are attached and the garment is in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
The item is returned with its original packaging, including garment bags.
Due to limited stock, we recommend purchasing your preferred replacement size online before initiating a return.
Faulty Items
All SOLEil State swimwear undergoes two stages of quality control, first at our manufacturer and again in Australia before dispatch. In the rare event you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@soleilstate.com with clear photos and your order number.
If your return meets our fault assessment criteria, we will happily provide a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchace.
Important Notes
Returns are only accepted with proof of purchase.
Items showing signs of wear, makeup, tan, deodorant, or scent will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
Returned items must be received at our returns address before the refund or exchange is processed.
