Within Australia and New Zealand we offer Express Delivery on all orders. Delivery is free on orders over $150

This includes tracking and signature on delivery for peace of mind. Orders are dispatched the next business day. Within Australia and New Zealand time frames are within the 2-4 business days for Express Delivery Australian Post.

USA - Free Express Shipping on orders over $150 USD

We’ve partnered with Australia Post and Zonos to make U.S. shipping seamless, with tariffs paid upfront for a stress-free experieUnce.

  • Orders up to $150 USD → Flat rate of $20.00 USD (includes tariffs paid upfront)

  • Orders $150.00 USD and above → FREE Express Shipping with tariffs paid upfront

All U.S. orders are shipped with full tracking for your peace of mind.

UK - Free Express Shipping on orders over 100 GBP

  • Orders up to 99.99 GBP → Flat rate of 10 POUNDS 

  • Orders 100 GBP and above → FREE Express Shipping 

 

Europe International Delivery (Outside the USA)

For customers worldwide, we offer:

  • Flat rate of $30.00 AUD on orders under $300.00 AUD

  • FREE delivery on orders over $300.00 AUD

Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes as determined by their country’s regulations.

Other International customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes depending on their country. 

Failed Delivery Attempts

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring someone is available to receive their order where a signature is required.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is available to accept the parcel, the customer is responsible for arranging redelivery or collection with the shipping carrier.

If an order is returned to SOLEil State due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the parcel, or unpaid customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, a refund will be processed only after the parcel has been returned to us.

Any refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s), less the original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and any other charges incurred by SOLEil State as a result of the returned shipment.
