Refund policy
We hope you love your Soleil State pieces. As swimwear is an intimate garment, all items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all hygiene stickers and tags attached in their original packaging.
If you find a manufacturing fault please contact our team and send photos of the fault. If your product doesn't fit we gladly offer a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. The quality of our Bikinis are checked at Manufacturer level and also once we receive stock, but if something slips through please contact us at info@soleilstate.com.
After 14 days we offer store credit, exchange for products that don't fit. We only run in small batch runs and frequently bring out new styles so you will always find something you like.
For hygiene reasons and to protect our customers, items showing signs of wear, damage, makeup, tanning products, fragrance, or removal of the hygiene sticker will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
We are unable to accept returns on sale items, anything with over 30% off or Store Credit.
All agreed returns and any shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
As we progress we will constantly review our policies to be able to provide the best customer service. We are already looking into systems in the UK to be able to make delivery and returns streamlined.
